Used to be my favorite place, but the quality has drastically fallen off. I ordered take out and the fries were beyond burned. I ordered a biscuit chicken sandwich, but it came with a burger bun. Worst of all, I am certain my black eyed peas were spoiled and rancid. Upon the first bite, I gagged. Extremely sour with a foul smell. I threw it out immediately. Beyond disappointed. The cashier also looks like she'd rather die than be there when I go in person.

We were served by a young woman who was doing everything by herself and she did great! She was nice and very knowledgeable about items on the menu. It was a bit disappointing to hear that a good number of items weren’t currently available (2 of the burgers and all the chick’n sandwiches were unavailable), but what we had was delicious. The hibiscus tea is delicious but tastes nothing like tea. Fish sandwich, which is a limited offer, was also very good and came with a nice big side salad. Smoothies were good. Love that it’s all vegan! Table was very dirty and we didn’t even want to ask her to clean it because she was doing everything herself. Bathroom was clean but shared with the place next to it so it was a bit confusing coming out.

OMG! The food at Brick City Vegan was absolutely Delicious. This was my first time. My friend was adamant about me their “Blackeye Pea Burger”. Our Server Dominique also contributed to my overall Ah-amazing Experience. Her suggestions were dead on. Dominique was professional, friendly, patient (I couldn’t decide what to order 😩) professional and pleasant. I will definitely be back! 🍔 😋

Today on a birthday outing for my wife before her hair appointment in New Jersey, we decided to stop and have a bite at a local plant based food place. We landed on BRICK CITY VEGAN to try out some of their menu items. They had a lot of options and everything looked good. My wife decided on the plant based bowl and I landed on the Black Eyed Burger. Additionally, we also purchased 2 drinks (A mint drink and a mango smoothie). Dom who was at the register was an absolute pleasure. She greeted us with a smile and was very patient with us as we perused the menu. After my first selection for a Pina Colada drink she let me know that they had run out of pineapples and suggested the mango smoothie on their drink menu. I obliged. The food took less than 20 mins or so to come out. My wife’s food looked fresh and vibrant with the produce emanating its opulence in the bowl. My burger on the other hand was glowing from top to bottom with excellence. The patty was nestled nicely in between a layer of lettuce, 2 plump slices of tomato, a pickle, fresh onion and a perfectly seasoned special sauce. I really enjoyed the food! Especially the pulled BBQ biscuit. It was fantastic, highly recommend!! The atmosphere is perfect for kids as it’s laid back! The service was 10/10, extremely friendly, kind and generous!
